What we do

A single reference desk for produce-transport compliance

From initial assessment through resolution and reporting, we give maritime operators one consistent point of contact.

Phytosanitary assessment

Review of undeclared or improperly transported produce against carrier and destination requirements, with a documented finding.

Recovery administration

End-to-end handling of assessment casework, correspondence, and resolution on behalf of the contracting operator.

Traveler notifications

Issuance of written notices and secure case-lookup access, so named parties can review and respond to their record.

How casework proceeds

The process

Every case follows the same four-stage path. Most are closed at stage four without further contact.

STAGE 01

Referral

An operator refers a produce-transport finding to our reference desk with the associated voyage record.

STAGE 02

Assessment

The finding is reviewed and a provisional recovery figure is associated with the case.

STAGE 03

Notification

The named party receives a written notice with a private access code for the case-lookup portal.

STAGE 04

Resolution

The party reviews their record, submits any response, and the case is closed.
