Phytosanitary compliance & recovery
We administer produce-transport assessments, recovery casework, and traveler notifications on behalf of cruise operators and port authorities across the Atlantic and Caribbean basins.
Operating since 2009 · Registered agent, State of Delaware · Casework reference desk: Mon-Fri
What we do
From initial assessment through resolution and reporting, we give maritime operators one consistent point of contact.
Review of undeclared or improperly transported produce against carrier and destination requirements, with a documented finding.
End-to-end handling of assessment casework, correspondence, and resolution on behalf of the contracting operator.
Issuance of written notices and secure case-lookup access, so named parties can review and respond to their record.
How casework proceeds
Every case follows the same four-stage path. Most are closed at stage four without further contact.
An operator refers a produce-transport finding to our reference desk with the associated voyage record.
The finding is reviewed and a provisional recovery figure is associated with the case.
The named party receives a written notice with a private access code for the case-lookup portal.
The party reviews their record, submits any response, and the case is closed.
