Transnational Produce Compliance LLC was formed in 2009 to give maritime passenger operators a single, consistent point of contact for produce-transport findings. Where a carrier previously handled these matters ad hoc, we provide standardized assessment, correspondence, and recordkeeping under contract.
Our work is administrative. We open a case when an operator refers a finding, associate a provisional recovery figure, and correspond with the named party until the matter is resolved. Most cases close through a single exchange of correspondence.
We are a private administrative service. We do not issue penalties, we do not represent any government, and we hold no enforcement authority of any kind. Every matter we handle is resolved through voluntary correspondence with the named party.
